FAQ

Q: Why is there a delay in subtitles? A: Real-time subtitle generation depends on a stable network environment. Please check your internet connection. If the delay persists, try restarting the app to reconnect to our translation services.

Q: No sound captured on macOS even after authorization? A: Ensure "Screen Recording" permission is allowed. Try restarting the app or clicking "Restart Audio Driver" in settings.

Q: Is microphone access mandatory? A: Yes. Even for system audio, the driver requires microphone bus permissions. We never record your environmental sound.

Q: How do referral rewards work? A: When a new user signs up via your referral link, both the inviter and the invitee will receive 3 days of membership and 30 minutes of additional duration.
